Refund Policy – GYY Foods

Thank you for shopping with GYY Foods. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every order reaches you fresh and in perfect condition. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. No Returns on Food Products
Due to the nature of our food products (dry fruits, palm jaggery), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, except in cases of:
- Damaged goods
- Spoiled product
- Damaged or Apoiled Products
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, such as torn packaging or a spoiled item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos and Videos of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
